Refund policy

 

 📌REFUND POLICY 

1. Send a picture of the item you want refunded and reason to thesandalbarco@gmail.com

2.  Pack and secure the item(s) you want to refund. 

3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, Fedex etc.)

4. Ship item(s) off to the address provided to you from us. **Do not ship without confirming with us first**

5. To ensure we receive your package we suggest getting and keeping a tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for packages we never receive. A refund will be denied with no proof of delivery. No exceptions.

6. Once we receive your package we will process return within 2 business days. *Note it may take up to 5 business days to see refund reflected into your account depending on your financial institution.

 

* WE THE SANDAL BAR CO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE REFUND IF THE TERMS ABOVE HAVE NOT BEEN MET. Any additional questions email us thesandalbarco@gmail.com

 

📌EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. We also do not hold items and make promises on restocks. 

 

📌FINAL SALE 

Clearance items, anklets, toe rings, Holiday Sale items are final sale. No Exceptions will be considered.

 

📌ITEM DEFFECT

If you have items with defects (ex. missing gems, stones, rhinestones, discoloring etc.) please notify us no later than 2 days after your package has been delivered.  You must send a photo to thesandalbarco@gmail.com of the damage/ defect item(s). You will have 2 options to choose from.

- Option #1 Keep the item and agree to a 25% refund based on the price you paid.

- Option #2 Send the item back and receive a full refund. (shipping fees are customer responsibility)

 

 

📌CANCELING ORDERS

NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS, NO ORDER CHANGES!  AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED IT IS NO LONGER ABLE TO BE CANCELLED. 

 

 The Sandal Bar Co reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notifications of any changes will be published here.
