📌SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping is approximately 2 to 5 business days for sandals/heels.
📌INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

International `shipping times range from 1 to 5 weeks depending on your location.
Some international shipments may be subject to import customs, taxes and duty and fees, which are charged upon arrival of your package in the country of destination. We will pay tax and duty fees However, orders that are refused will be subject to become a total loss and no refund will be given.
📌RE-SHIPPING
For items returned, undeliverable, missing apt/unit (on your part) you must pay a re-ship fee of $9. We will send a invoice to the email provided. If you refuse to pay re-ship fee we will cancel your order and deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund. no exceptions. Email us at thesandalbarco@gmail.com. It is your responsibility to follow up with tracking.Â
📌LOST PACKAGES/STOLEN PACKAGES/MISSING PACKAGES
All packages are insured with USPS therefore once a package is scanned in with USPS we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package states "delivered" but you haven't received your package, you can visit or call your local USPS to file a claim. Claims can also be filed at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm We will not look into lost or stolen package claims nor file the claim for you.

📌HOW WE SHIP
- Large shoe orders are typically shipped without the shoe box. If you would like your shoe boxes, send us an email at thesandalbarco@gmail.com
- Shoe orders of 2 or less will be shipped with the shoe box. (Clearance items may be exempt.)
